Fine Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley

The Napa Valley, California is perhaps the world’s most glamorous wine region.  However, this region is far from being only about superficiality.  The Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux style blends produced here are incontrovertibly some of the world’s finest.  These wines are long-lived, rich, powerful and refined.  Learn in detail about the soil, climate and topographical characteristics, as well as the wine styles that define this region’s famous AVAs, such as Rutherford, Oakville and Stags Leap.  It is also a chance to taste some of the finest, most celebrated Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Sauvignon blends that the Napa Valley has to offer.  An opportunity to be converted, if you believe Cabernet Sauvignon should only be grown in Bordeaux!  Not to be missed.

Spanish Wine Pronunciation, Tasting & Tapas

Following on from last week's Spanish Wine Education Programme where we had the world's largest group participating, we now have Spain fever.   Come and join us for this special evening where our Spanish guest speaker, Idalia Camilo-Boutland will guide you through the accurate pronunciation of all the Spanish wine regions, DOs, grape varieties and Spanish cuisine.  Get totally immersed in the culture of Spain while enjoying a range of Spanish wines and tapas which you can mix and match.
